Pre-Primary 2 (PP2)-Preparing for Grade 1 and Beyond

PP2 is a crucial transition class for children aged 4 to 5 years, offering a balanced curriculum aligned with the Kenyan Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC). At this stage, our learners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed for a successful move to primary school.

Program Highlights:

  • Advanced Literacy & Numeracy: Phonics, early reading, basic addition and subtraction, number patterns, and writing skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Engaging tasks and problem-solving exercises that encourage curiosity and analytical thinking.
  • Language Development: Story comprehension, vocabulary building, and sentence construction.
  • Environmental Awareness: Exploration of the child’s surroundings, nature, weather, and community roles.
  • Character & Values: Through storytelling and play, we emphasize kindness, honesty, cooperation, and respect.

“PP2 at Pals Academy ensures your child enters Grade 1 confident, curious, and ready to thrive.”
